Can I use dishwashing soap instead of car soap for washing my car?

The answer to this question is a point-blank no. Dishwashing detergents have a very strong formula and tough action, as they are intended to dissolve grease and food particles. If you use it on the car’s exterior surface, it will decompose the polymer off the paint surface and oxidize it. It can lead to chipping or faded paint. Hence, use a specially-manufactured car soap.

What is the purpose of car waxing and sealing?

Wax offers protection against UV rays and prevents the car from fading and sun damage. Waxing also gives a high gloss finish to your car and makes it appear brand new.

How can I pay for your services?

We have three ways for you to pay for our services. We except cash, card or bank transfer.

Do you use harsh chemicals?

No, all our chemicals are designed and manufactured for the auto detailing industry.

Can you remove stains out of carpets and seats?

99% of cases we can. Stains which have been left for a long period of time or have been treated with the wrong chemical can cause a challenge.

How long does detailing/valeting take?

There are a few factors when it comes to duration. Typically, it can take around 2–5 hours. A few factors are:
The level of service you require
What condition the vehicle is in.
Uncontrollable natural elements i.e. weather

Do we have a maintenance subscription service?

Yes, we can tailor a maintenance plan to suit your needs.

Can you come to me?

Yes, we are fully mobile to carry out our services, however in some occasions we would ask you to come to us. We have our own water and electricity source on board

I’m not sure what my car needs, can you look at my car to assess?

Of course, feel free to send some current images of the vehicle’s condition and a brief description of the outcome you are hoping to achieve. Alternatively, we can arrange a time for the vehicle to be inspected by us, and we can guide on what is best.

Will you work outside in adverse weather?

We will work in most weather conditions, but on some occasions we will have to reschedule.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured, covering up to £1M

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do offer gift vouchers. We offer vouchers for all budgets.
